Immediate delivery

All products offered on this website — the e-book and community access — are made available to you immediately after purchase or, at your request, started without delay.

All sales are final

Once the product has been made available or the service has begun, all sales are final, except where required by applicable law. After that we do not offer voluntary returns or voluntary refunds; there is no pro-rata refund for unused time or missed sessions.
